Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional testing initiatives across AppleCare projects.
Develop comprehensive test plans and manage execution.
Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
Drive schedule and planning for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in testing/QA with a focus on cross-functional testing.
Experience with various testing methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP functional experience and knowledge of Sales and Logistics testing.
Quality Assurance certification is highly desirable.
