Creative Recruiter - Design Scout

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$161,300 - $308,900/year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research and sourcing for design and technical talent.
• Lead screening conversations and in-person interviews.
• Host candidates and guests with a hospitality-forward mindset.
• Assess talent ensuring alignment to the team’s standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with design leaders and creative professionals.
• Support candidate onboarding for seamless integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Traditional recruiting experience not required.

• Experience in high-touch, hospitality-driven environments.
• Strong research instincts and intellectual curiosity.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance administrative, logistical, and strategic responsibilities.
