Compensation:

$205,100 - $308,900/year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research and sourcing for design and technical talent.
  • Lead screening conversations and in-person interviews.
  • Host candidates and guests with a hospitality-forward mindset.
  • Assess talent ensuring alignment to the team’s high standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with design leaders and creative professionals.
  • Support candidate onboarding and integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Traditional recruiting experience not required; tangential experience welcomed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-touch, hospitality-driven environments.
  • Strong research instincts and intellectual curiosity.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance administrative and strategic responsibilities.
  • Aesthetic awareness for quality and culture fit.
  • Proven track record of executing above expectations.
  • Independent yet collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
  • Clear and concise communicator.
