Compensation:
$124,100 - $186,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
- Consult on hiring processes, compliance, and compensation.
- Close candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven background in innovative sourcing methods.
- Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in hardware and/or software.
