This role is based in Irvine, California.

Compensation:

$124,100 - $186,500/year

Responsibilities:

Partner with Engineering Managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, act as a consultant throughout the hiring process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven background in innovative research and sourcing methods.
• Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in hardware and/or software.
