Corporate Recruiter

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$110,500 - $166,100/year

Responsibilities:

Partner with Engineering Managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruiting process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven background in innovative sourcing methods for niche roles.
• Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in hardware and/or software.
