This role is based in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Engineering Managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, act as a consultant through hiring processes, and provide excellent customer service to hiring teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven background in innovative research and sourcing methods.
- Experience in partnering effectively with diverse teams.
- Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
- Typically requires 3+ years of recruiting experience in hardware and/or software.
