Commercial Marketing Lead, Japan

This role is based in Minato, Tokyo-to, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for campaigns and promotions at Retail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and messaging.
• Innovate ways to drive traffic and maximize marketing impact.
• Track campaign metrics and identify performance trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience in Japan, preferably with a global brand.
• Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strong program and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading strategic conversations across various fields.
• Able to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
