This role is based in Minato, Tokyo-to, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for campaigns and promotions at Retail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Innovate ways to drive traffic and maximize marketing impact.
- Track campaign metrics and identify performance trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in Japan, preferably with a global brand.
- Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Strong program and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading strategic conversations across various fields.
- Able to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
