Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence development team in building analytics solutions.
- Design and build highly scalable data pipelines using tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Kafka.
- Manage resources and budgets while partnering with global functional teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and plan their career growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with cloud technologies and big data stacks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building high-quality applications and data pipelines.
- Proficient in writing advanced SQL and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
