Cloud Data Engineering Manager

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence development team in building analytics solutions.
• Design and build highly scalable data pipelines using tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Kafka.
• Manage resources and budgets while partnering with global functional teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and plan their career growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cloud technologies and big data stacks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building high-quality applications and data pipelines.
• Proficient in writing advanced SQL and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
