Responsibilities:
- Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions at Retail; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Store Operations and Finance.
- Develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in omni-channel marketing in a multi-market capacity.
- Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Able to analyze data and identify performance trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Experienced in developing clear marketing and creative briefs.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
