Camera Software (Intern)

This internship is based in Cambridge, England.

Responsibilities:

Investigate how modern software development and machine learning can intersect with high-reliability software delivered to millions of devices. Identify a project in image quality and the camera software framework, and work towards practical implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong software development experience, preferably in Objective C, C++ or equivalents.
• Understanding of modern digital camera inner workings and Image Signal Processor (ISP).
• Practical experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of Python and ML libraries (Tensorflow, Pytorch).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with imaging algorithms (e.g., auto white balance, tone mapping).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program and returning to education after the internship.
