CAD Automation Intern (m/f/d)

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Support hardware development by collaborating with Analog/RF circuit designers, analyzing use scenarios, and developing automation frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Perl, SKILL, and SQL.
• Experience with AI/LLM algorithms and architectures.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Available for 6 months or more.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic experience in analog custom design and Cadence tools.
• Experience in Unix IT infrastructure and debugging.
