Business Systems Analyst (SAP PMO), IS&T Enterprise Systems

This role is based in the Austin Metro Area, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions and escalations related to P2P processes.
• Manage a segment or the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase requisition creation, vendor management, invoicing, and compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve project governance.
• Build and maintain key vendor relationships to optimize support and maintain financial integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience managing large data sets using Excel, Dataiku, Tableau, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP and integrated accounting systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
