Compensation:

$110,500 - $166,100/year

Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will bridge project demands and operational execution, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency in P2P processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions related to P2P processes.
  • Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, including vendor management and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve project governance.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to optimize support.
  • Generate metrics and reporting to assess P2P activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in P2P or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP and accounting systems.
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Experience with operational purchasing and vendor management.
