Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of engineers focused on build system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners through regular meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identifying systemic issues and establishing long-term relationships for knowledge sharing and joint problem solving.
  • Providing technical and career guidance, architectural review, and mentorship to your team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background with development experience in Swift, Objective-C, C, or similar languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams working on build systems, CI/CD, or developer productivity tools.
  • Background in traditional and/or distributed build systems such as Make, CMake, Bazel, Buck, etc.
