Compensation:
$208,400 - $313,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BMS hardware managers and engineers.
- Drive development of BMS hardware from concept to manufacturing.
- Implement advanced simulation and testing methodologies.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and streamline design processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience leading products from concept to production.
- Familiarity with mixed-signal analog design and BMS application engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering management in consumer electronics.
- Direct experience in BMS hardware design.
- Strong foundation in mixed-signal circuits and system integration.
