Compensation:
$208,400 - $365,400/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of BMS hardware managers and engineers.
- Drive the development of BMS hardware from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
- Implement advanced simulation, design, and test methodologies.
- Manage strategic partnerships with vendors to streamline design processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience leading products from concept to production.
- Experienced with mixed-signal analog design and BMS application engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience in consumer electronics.
- Direct experience in BMS hardware design for high-volume products.
- Strong foundation in mixed-signal circuits and system integration.
