$128,400 - $236,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead OEM operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
  • Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and OEM teams.
  • Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.
  • Ensure component readiness for availability, quality, and cost.
  • Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness.
  • Influence product manufacturability and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Manage communications across the organization, raising key issues with executive teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-25%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Product/Program Management.
  • MS or BS Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
  • MBA is a plus.
