Summary:

Lead the development and safety evaluation processes for Apple Services' AI features, ensuring safe and responsible deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and support implementation of safety policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to define evaluation requirements.
• Lead a team of contributors in safety evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ph.D., J.D. or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 5+ years experience with AI product policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Responsible AI challenges.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong management and communication skills.
