This role is based in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Provide front line support for Apple’s network, resolve incidents, maintain and upgrade existing network infrastructure, and contribute to technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, and layer 2 technologies.
- Understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies.
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and Fortinet products.
- Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with teams.
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience.
- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work in a day-time shift pattern.
