Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business and Engineering to define data collection and reporting requirements.
- Investigate large-scale data to uncover trends and insights for marketing strategies.
- Build datasets and automated dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Develop attribution logic and establish propensity models for audience selection.
- Collaborate with various teams to generate presentations for C-level executives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a Data Scientist or Data Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience in marketing campaign measurement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital subscription business.
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
