Android Engineer - Apple Maps Developer Platform

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements from clients and translate them into scalable, reliable code. Design, review, and implement 3rd party developer APIs and tools. Collaborate with Human Interaction Design, Services, Data, and other Engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science and at least 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Android software development with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing user-interfaces with Android UI or Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
