Americas Retail Fulfillment Operations Business Analyst Manager

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business analysts focused on Retail and Online route to market metrics and insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Drive operational excellence and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the technology vision for Retail Fulfillment Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant Operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading analytics teams through technology transitions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and supply chain visibility platforms.
