What you'll do:
- Lead a team of engineers delivering software features, security updates, and bug fixes.
- Drive software development through architecture discussions, coding, and code reviews.
- Define product features, functional specs, resource planning, and development schedules.
- Represent the team in technical and project meetings.
- Advise on engineering best practices to ensure quality features.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a leadership role managing Software Engineering teams.
- 5 years experience in software development in C/C++.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 5 years managing software engineering teams.
- Experience with C/C++/Objective-C and networking systems.
