AI Research Intern - Foundation Models & Multimodal Intelligence

This internship is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Advance post-training capabilities of multimodal foundation models for agentic applications.
• Design evaluation frameworks and experiment with training strategies for complex tasks.
• Work with large-scale multimodal datasets to enhance agent capabilities and produce research for publication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related fields.
• Experience with large language models or vision-language models.
• Proficient in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Publication record in relevant conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML).
• Experience with foundation models and post-training optimization.
• Availability for 6-12 months for the internship.
