Compensation:

$172,100 - $258,600/year

What you'll do:

Embed with business teams to develop agentic AI products, manage the full product lifecycle, and automate workflows to enhance sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain production agentic AI products for CSO program teams.
  • Identify high-value use cases for agents with program owners.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into agent products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of technical or product experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
  • Full-stack technical skills for end-to-end product development.
