Compensation:
$172,100 - $258,600/year
What you'll do:
Embed with business teams to develop agentic AI products, manage the full product lifecycle, and automate workflows to enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain production agentic AI products for CSO program teams.
- Identify high-value use cases for agents with program owners.
- Design and implement agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into agent products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical or product experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
- Full-stack technical skills for end-to-end product development.
