This role is based in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Review the health of the baseline and enact corrective measures for KPIs, regressions, or OTA failures.
- Collaborate with development teams for complex feature integration.
- Conduct hands-on debugging and log analysis.
- Drive key issues to ensure baseline health for downstream usage.
- Work with teams to develop new quality gates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in C/C++ programming in wireless communications silicon.
- Experience in OTA Call Flow Analysis and log analysis for Cellular 4G and 5G.
- Knowledge of Test Equipment / Network Simulators (4G/5G).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Led cross-functional wireless feature development and deployment.
- Strong debugging and triaging capabilities.
- Ability to identify and problem-solve complex issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in different timezones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
