Technical Program Manager, Corporate Engineering

As a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Engineering, you will lead programs that build world-class business solutions enabling every Ant to do their best work. In partnership with Anthropic's IT & Security organization, you will drive end-to-end solutions across the company, delivering the right products, tools, platforms, and experiences for all Ants as they work to create a world for safe and powerful AI.

You will use your technical and program management expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, lead execution, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
