Responsibilities:

Design and optimize customer service tools for 700+ agents, ensuring intuitive and efficient systems aligned with the Audible brand.

Requirements:

3+ years in UX design or related fields
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related discipline
Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
Familiarity with content management systems and information architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with conversational design for chatbots and voice interfaces
Knowledge of AI design tools and modern LLM technologies
Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive principles
