Compensation:
74,300.00 - 124,000.00 CAD annually
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for FinOps workflows and tools.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, user-centered solutions.
- Design solutions considering the broader system and its impact on related tools and processes.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and component library.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams.
- Drive customer understanding through research and concept testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design experience.
- Available online portfolio.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- 3+ years as a UX designer or interaction designer.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-powered or HITL systems.
- Interest in AI-driven design principles.
