UX Designer, Finance Automation (FinAuto)

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

59,200 - 98,800 CAD/year

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for FinOps workflows and tools.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, user-centered solutions.
• Design solutions with the broader system in mind.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and component library.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio.
• Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing AI-powered or HITL systems.
• Interest in learning and applying AI-driven design principles.
