About the Role:
The UX Community team at Twitch is responsible for enhancing the experiences of streamers and viewers across the platform. As a Community UX Designer, you will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Conduct hands-on research to understand user needs.
- Present designs and participate in feedback sessions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of design experience.
- 3+ years of practical UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma and interaction design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience executing research plans with real customers.
- Knowledge of design systems.
- Formal education in Design or related fields.
