About the Role:

The UX Community team at Twitch is responsible for enhancing the experiences of streamers and viewers across the platform. As a Community UX Designer, you will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Conduct hands-on research to understand user needs.
  • Present designs and participate in feedback sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of design experience.
  • 3+ years of practical UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma and interaction design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience executing research plans with real customers.
  • Knowledge of design systems.
  • Formal education in Design or related fields.
