UX Designer, Benefits

This role is based in Seattle, WA, where you will design solutions that improve how Amazon employees engage with their benefits.

Compensation:

$117,800 - $160,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer problems to design impactful solutions.
• Create journey maps, flows, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define requirements.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a UX or interaction designer.
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and InVision.
• Online portfolio showcasing design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer web/mobile products.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading user research projects.
