Test Engineering Manager, Spacecraft Mechanical, Amazon Leo - Solar/Mechanism

This role is based in Redmond, WA, focusing on developing advanced test infrastructure for satellite mechanical systems.

Compensation:

$135,900 - $234,900/year

Responsibilities:

Manage a test development engineering team, oversee test planning and execution, provide technical leadership, and conduct design reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hardware product development experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
• 5+ years of experience in developing test infrastructure for complex systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
• Experience with large volume production
