As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent in competitive markets experience- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience- 3+ years of specialized recruiting experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals in Software and Hardware Engineering domain- Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms- Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate
