Compensation:

$79,200 - $138,700/year

Responsibilities:

Develop talent sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and manage recruitment for technical positions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals in Software and Hardware Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Ability to generate passive candidates using various techniques
