Technical Program Manager, Fauna

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$139,900 - $189,200/year

Responsibilities:

Own and scale the teleoperation program for policy evaluation and data collection. Design workflows, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure high-quality data generation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
