Compensation:
$148,700 - $201,200/year
Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, define and track new service features, facilitate communication across teams, develop program plans balancing technical feasibility with customer needs, and implement service improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years working with engineering teams
- 5+ years in technical product or program management
- 3+ years in software development
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in project management disciplines
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to define KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
