Technical Full Lifecycle Recruiter, AWS Database & Analytics Recruiter

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$137,900 - $186,500/year

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and principal-level engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders across AWS database and analytics services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of database technologies, cloud computing, and analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for AWS, Azure, GCP, or other major cloud providers
• Demonstrated success building diverse technical teams
