Systems Engineer/DevOps Eng, Managed Operations

This role is based in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) in 2025, collaborate with global AWS teams, and enhance AWS services and technology.

Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby) or software development (Java, TypeScript)
• Experience with Linux and networking fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating services in AWS or other cloud systems
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
