Compensation:

$145,184/year to $217,400/year

Responsibilities:

Drive and deliver supplier quality management, lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives, perform site audits, develop KPIs to monitor processes, and assess risks to prevent negative customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Project management experience working cross-functionally
• Data analysis using statistical tools like Tableau, Excel, or QuickSight

Travel:

Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% may be required.
