Compensation:

128,100.00 - 214,000.00 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

  • Own goals end-to-end involving cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with business and tech leadership to define product and tech roadmap.
  • Apply technical and problem-solving skills to solve customer projects.
  • Collaborate with SDEs/SDMs to define system architecture.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working with software engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses.
