Sr Technical Program Manager, Employee Listening

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Responsibilities:

Work with technical leaders and product managers to influence product vision and roadmap. Lead cross-team initiatives, manage project timelines, and identify system deficiencies. Collaborate with HR teams and contribute to delivering scalable software solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with engineering teams
• 5+ years in technical product or program management
• 3+ years in software development
• 5+ years in technical program management with software engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management disciplines
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
