Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs.
- Drive large cross-team projects that span multiple technology and operational teams.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and make trade-offs to balance business needs against technical constraints.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
