Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Customer Service

This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

128,100 - 214,000 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

Own the scoping, planning, and execution of complex projects, partner with engineering teams, and manage trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and defining KPIs/SLA's
