Responsibilities:
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
- Provide advanced technical knowledge to address critical business challenges.
- Act as a thought leader through blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking.
- Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components of solutions.
- Create enablement materials for technical subject matter experts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry.
- 5+ years of Solution Architecture/Design experience in Customer Experience/CRM/AI Solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
- Amazon Connect experience and certifications.
- Additional European language skills are desirable.
