Responsibilities:
- Drive success in building and migrating SMB customer applications onto AWS.
- Formulate and execute a technical strategy aligned to SMB customers' growth goals.
- Educate customers on AWS's value for SMB workloads and lead architectural discussions.
- Conduct enablement sessions covering GenAI-powered productivity and serverless modernization.
- Author customer-facing publications emphasizing GenAI and Agentic AI for SMB customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years in technology domains such as software development and cloud computing.
- 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing AI-powered solutions.
- 5+ years in infrastructure architecture and networking.
- Experience managing relationships with SMB customers.
