Sr Software Development ML Engineer, Delivery Foundation Model

This role is based in Bellevue, WA or Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $168,100 to $261,500 annually.

Responsibilities:

Develop and scale machine learning models, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and design innovative technologies for logistics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience
• Experience leading design or architecture of systems
• Mentorship or tech lead experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in full software development life cycle
• 5+ years building machine learning models for business applications
