Sr. Software Dev Engineer, Payroll Tech

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable, reliable solutions for complex business needs. Own and contribute to the architecture and implementation of Payroll systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and develop effective solutions. Mentor team members and influence technical decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one language
• 4+ years of leading design or architecture of systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• 4+ years of programming using modern languages like Java, C++, or C#
