Sr Program Manager, FSOE PM, JCFS

This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Build networks and trust with stakeholders, including government and local authorities.
• Propose innovative solutions for new buildings and equipment.
• Lead program management for feasibility and implementation of solutions.
• Manage schedules and budgets for new construction and renovation projects.
• Facilitate project planning and execution across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Engineering.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement with government entities.
• 5+ years of leadership and project management experience in construction or new business initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
• Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in engineering-related fields.
• Experience managing projects over 1 billion yen.
• Knowledge of building systems and logistics real estate.
